How To Play
Welcome to Jupiter Squares! Here’s how to play:
Anyone can start a game. To create a new game, start from Home and pick an event. You'll need to give your game a name (something your friends will recognize) and assign a price per square. This is an honor system deal, so anyone who starts a game is responsible for collecting and distributing the monies. Every player needs a unique 2-initial identifier to mark their squares. That's it!
When you start a game, you'll get your own game link texted to you. Share your game link with friends, and everyone who has it can pick squares in advance of the event. They can also share with their friends.
Once all squares are picked, or when it's time for the event to start, squares sales will stop and column and row numbers will be randomly assigned. All players will get a notification.
Then just follow along during the event! The current winning square will flash in real time during the event. At the end of each quarter, the square corresponding to the last digit in each team's score is the winner. That's it. Have fun!
Watching the big game with friends? Spin up a squares challenge in advance. Share your game link and let everyone buy squares up until game time. Then we'll keep it updated during the game so everyone can follow along!
